Professional Narrative
My career is non-linear by design. I have moved between engineering, product strategy, enterprise sales, and executive leadership because complex transformation demands fluency across all of these. Technology alone does not change institutions. Delivery models, vendor ecosystems, regulatory navigation, and organizational trust do. I have spent two decades building at that intersection: architecting platforms, closing government contracts, leading cross-border teams, and shipping systems that people actually use.
At Advanced Technology Company (ATC), a publicly listed healthcare leader in Kuwait serving 95% of the country's medical sector, I set the strategic direction for ATC's healthcare IT market offering across an organization of 3,500 people and $500M+ in revenue. This includes shaping the investments and integration that have brought ATC's technology portfolio together into a differentiated, end-to-end solution: a capability few competitors in the region can match. Sapphire HIS and EHR is live across several hospitals in Kuwait, serving as the core clinical platform of this portfolio.
At Nordic Digital Platforms, I head operations spanning product development, project delivery and post-go-live services, sales support, vendor negotiations, and market partnerships for the Sapphire HIS and EHR portfolio, a clinical platform developed for GCC healthcare realities, with live hospital deployments in Kuwait and active go-to-market coverage across GCC and selected European markets. Multinational teams approaching 200 professionals across Kuwait, Helsinki, and Dubai. Simultaneously leading ATC in Kuwait and Nordic Digital Platforms, headquartered in Helsinki with a Dubai office.
The work that interests me most sits at the edge of what enterprise organizations can absorb. Not the technology itself, but the operational conditions that determine whether it delivers or stalls. That edge is shifting. AI is no longer a capability to evaluate. It is redefining what operations can scale without adding headcount, what decisions can be made without adding layers, and what human talent can accomplish without adding time. That is where my attention is now.
